Prior to joining GTL Trustees, Omobola doubled as the Group Company Secretary and Head Corporate Counsel and Compliance of the Greenwich Trust Group where she oversaw the legal, compliance and company secretariat responsibilities of all the companies within the Group. Specific responsibilities included implementation and institutionalization of governance frameworks, human resource frameworks, core team member in mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and regulatory issues. She previously served in the same Group as the Group Executive Human Resource and Admin.
Omobola worked as the Assistant Company Secretary and Senior Legal Officer of Cityscape Plc, and in that position oversaw the legal activities of the over 13 subsidiaries of the Company. She additionally worked as a Legal Consultant in CPCS Transcom.
With over 15 years of post-call working experience in corporate, commercial legal practice, investment banking and Financial Advisory services, Omobola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Society of Corporate Governance of Nigeria. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and a member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators England’s and Wales. She holds an, LL. B (Hons) degree from the University of Ilorin and Bachelor of Law degree from the Nigerian Law School.

Bunkaya B. Gana
Mr. Gana holds LL.B. and B.L. degrees. In 1988, he graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria and has over 20 years working experience.
He worked with L.D. Nzadon & Co legal practitioners between 1990 and 1992 and Taraba Investment and Properties Ltd between 1992 and 1997 before joining Afribank Trustees & Investments Ltd in 1997 as a manager.
He has attended several courses organized by Euromoney including Mortgage Securitization in Kampala, Uganda, and Management and Leadership in Lagos, Nigeria.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Musa Muibi is a chartered accountant of with more than 10 years’ experience in accounting and finance.
He earned a bachelor of science in civil engineering (second-class honors, upper-division degree) in 2001 and a master of science in 2005 both from the University of Ibadan. Also, he holds a master’s degree in business administration from Lagos Business School.
He is certified in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and an authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
He worked as project accountant for the Open-Ended Venture Nigerian Limited between April 2003 and April 2005.
In April 2005, he joined UAC of Nigeria PLC (UAC Restaurants Division) as the factory accountant and within (6) months elevated to the position of management accounts controller.
He later joined Crown Wealth Assets Management Limited in 2007 as accounts operation executive.
He was actively involved in the management of portfolio of the company’s high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors before moving to the Pan African Capital Group in March 2008.
He has worked as the chief financial officer and sometimes as a dealer before being appointed as the managing director of PAC Securities Limited, a subsidiary of the Pan African Capital Group and a member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
He joined GTL Trustees Ltd in April 2017.
CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Sunday Oyekale a graduate of the prestigious Yaba College of Technology where he studied Accountancy and Finance. An Associate Member of ICAN and CISI (UK), Registered Sponsored Individual (Compliance Officer) of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He started his career with Gbenga Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 2005 and later joined Mutual Alliance Group (A group of capital market and money market Companies) in 2007. He worked in various capacities of the Company for ten years.
He joined Heritage Capital Markets Limited in January 2017 as the Chief Risk/Compliance Officer and later moved GTL Trustees Limited in July, 2019 as Chief Compliance Officer. He has attended several training/courses on AML/CFT, Corporate governance and Compliance”
HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN
Adewale Adesola is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria (1997). He is a licensed human resources manager with experience spanning 19 years.
He was with Salvation International School as the pioneer administrative officer, after which time he briefly worked in the insurance industry as an underwriter at Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance PLC (now Royal Exchange Assurance PLC (REAN)) 2001–2002.
He worked with NIRADO, a national nongovernmental organization with an affiliation to the Belgium Institute of Cultural Affairs as head of administration 2004–2006.
He later joined Crusader Sterling Pensions Limited in 2006 where he worked as human resources and administrative officer. He joined Afribank Trustees & Asset Management Co. Ltd. (now GTL Trustees Limited) in 2009 as human resources manager.
He has attended various courses in performance and talent management, organizational leadership, human resources management, managing people for strategic advantage, developing HR strategies in transforming organizations, customer service management, and time and personal effectiveness management, to mention but a few.
Adewale Adesola is versed in training facilitation and human capacity building.
